Abdullah Al Ajaji, as the Founder and CEO, has transformed Driven | Forbes Global Properties from its inception with only nine members into a towering presence in the real estate sector, now boasting over 650 dedicated professionals. His strategic foresight has expanded the company’s reach, overseeing the establishment of 13 thriving sister companies, further diversifying and strengthening the firm’s market presence. Under Abdullah’s leadership, Driven Properties has not only grown in size but also in stature, setting numerous records in the industry. The company’s innovative approach and relentless pursuit of excellence have been recognized with multiple prestigious awards, affirming its position as a leader in the real estate sector. From his early roles at Saudi Aramco to influential positions in banking and private equity, including his significant contributions at SAMBA Bank and MerchantBridge, Abdullah’s extensive experience has fueled his visionary leadership. His academic credentials, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and Economics from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from London Business School, have provided a solid foundation for his pioneering strategies. Today, Abdullah’s adept leadership continues to guide Driven Properties toward groundbreaking achievements, setting new benchmarks for excellence and innovation in the global real estate market. Shaik Suleman
Partner & Managing Director at Driven India
Shaik Suleman is a Partner and the Managing Director at Driven Properties India. With over a decade of experience in Dubai’s real estate sector and having been a part of Driven Properties since 2015, Suleman brings unparalleled expertise and vision to the team. His strategic foresight led to the establishment of Driven India, addressing a significant market gap by connecting Indian buyers with Dubai’s thriving property sector. He is a pivotal force in expanding Driven Properties into the Indian market. His real estate journey began with leasing properties in Dubai. Suleman’s exceptional performance quickly transitioned him into selling properties along DIFC, where he consistently led in sales volume and client satisfaction. Following that, he expanded his expertise to include selling ready and off-plan properties in City Walk, with remarkable success. In 2025, Suleman spearheaded Driven Properties’ presence in India after realizing that Indian buyers were becoming more interested in Dubai and that there was a lack of local representation to help them navigate the market. He aimed to bridge that market gap by having a dedicated presence in India, offering trusted, transparent, and personalized real estate solutions. Under Suleman’s leadership, Driven India is set to replicate the success and innovation that its parent company achieved in Dubai. He is set to meet and exceed the expectations of Indian investors looking to explore opportunities in the emirate.
