Do I need prior real estate experience to apply?⌄
Not for every role. Our Senior Property Consultant and Dubai Investment Advisor roles are suited to candidates with 3+ years of real estate or high-value sales experience. The Client Relations Executive and Digital Marketing Specialist roles are open to motivated candidates from adjacent industries — including financial services, technology, hospitality, and customer experience — where the skills transfer well into a real estate advisory context. What matters most is clear communication, a client-first mindset, and a willingness to learn.
Can I apply for roles in both Hyderabad and Dubai?⌄
Yes. The Dubai Investment Advisor role is a hybrid position based in Hyderabad with travel to Dubai as required. All other current openings are Hyderabad-based. How long does the hiring process usually take?⌄
Most candidates hear back within 5–7 working days after submitting an application. The process typically involves an initial screening call with our HR team, followed by one or two interviews with the relevant advisory or department lead. For sales and advisory roles, a practical assessment may be included. We aim to move efficiently — most offers are extended within 2–3 weeks of the first interview for candidates who progress through the process.
